ArbeitsatmosphäreAngestellte/r oder Arbeiter/in

Work atmosphere is getting worse and worse. More and more work is left to the same people. People leave, but nobody replaces them. Instead, you get more tasks and more stress.

Salary increases seem to be mainly for the favorites. If you work hard for years and take on more and more tasks, you still get nothing.

At some point you just feel like it doesn't matter how much you do. More work, no more money.

The company used to be better. Now it is mostly stress and frustration.

Work-Life-BalanceAngestellte/r oder Arbeiter/in

The workload can make it difficult to maintain a good work-life balance. When positions are not replaced and additional tasks are given to existing employees, there is less energy left for private life.
Management sometimes seems to see the workload as less serious than the employees experiencing it.
Some tasks and requirements are also delegated to employees even though they could easily be handled at management level. This creates additional work for people who are already busy.

KollegenzusammenhaltAngestellte/r oder Arbeiter/in

Team spirit is mixed. Some colleagues stick together and really support each other, which is a big advantage for the company.

But there are also some people who spy on others, act unprofessional and show no team spirit at all.

A stronger sense of teamwork and more respect between colleagues would make a big difference.

VorgesetztenverhaltenAngestellte/r oder Arbeiter/in

Responsibility is often shifted onto employees because managers do not make clear decisions or provide sufficient direction. This can leave employees feeling exposed, unfairly blamed and pressured to compensate for a lack of leadership.

The behaviour of some managers can also feel disrespectful, controlling and sometimes degrading. Employees may get the impression that they are being treated primarily as resources rather than as people.

People have limits, private lives and personal circumstances, but these do not always seem to be taken into consideration.

Clear decisions, transparent communication and accountable leadership would help prevent responsibility from being unfairly passed on to employees. More respect, trust and appreciation could make a significant difference, contribute to greater job satisfaction and help create a more positive working environment. This could also lead to better business results, as people tend to perform with greater commitment and enthusiasm when they do what they enjoy and feel respected.

KommunikationAngestellte/r oder Arbeiter/in

Communication is not very good. There are countless meetings that take a lot of time away from the actual daily work, but often without any real results or actions afterwards.

Important information is often not communicated properly. You hear things by chance, like “silent post” while people are having coffee or smoking.

Less meetings, more clear communication and, most importantly, more action afterwards.

Interessante AufgabenAngestellte/r oder Arbeiter/in

Interesting tasks, but in practice, the day-to-day workload already requires a lot of focus and effort to keep things moving. On top of that, there are sometimes additional projects where employees are asked to contribute, without any corresponding adjustment to their regular workload or compensation.

Participation is often presented as an opportunity to broaden experience and increase visibility within the organization. At the same time, there can be an implicit sense that getting involved in such initiatives is beneficial for one’s long-term position within the company.
