Since the company itself militates for the transparency on the job market and for communication and fairness it should take its own advice and define clear strategies who do not involve 2.5 months recruiting processes for jobs that do not exist.

- The recruiting process took ~2.5 months: phone interview, huge case study, personality and learning capabilities tests, personal interview with HR and the team, team lunch and then the final interview.
- There is no direction. One day I discuss the job and the department's long term strategy and a few days after, the job doesn't exist anymore because the strategy has been changed overnight.

We are very sorry to read how unsatisfying this process was to you. We are conscious that we were not able to live up to our own standards and demands towards hiring at kununu.
