Collegiality and Teamwork: The strong sense of togetherness and the friendly work environment make the workplace supportive and enjoyable.
Work-Life Balance: Despite occasional periods of heavier workloads (in my department), the company makes efforts to ensure a balanced approach between work and personal life.
Environmental and Social Responsibility: The company places a strong emphasis on sustainability and social responsibility, which is impressive compared to many other firms.
Exciting Projects and Initiative: There are many interesting projects, and employees are encouraged to take initiative, which allows for creativity and personal development.
Netconomy is fundamentally a very good employer, and like any company, there is always room for improvement. Many of the issues mentioned above can be found at other companies as well. However, it's important to me to give honest feedback and openly address these topics—just as I do within the company. I can certainly recommend Netconomy and see that the company is continually working towards improvements, even if certain patterns tend to repeat themselves.
see above
The general atmosphere at work is very positive. There is a supportive environment, and the flow of information is smooth. You can always ask questions and receive assistance. I especially appreciate the cross-departmental exchange, which also happens during lunch breaks.
The company’s image is overall positive.
There are phases where the workload is higher, and overtime may be required. Overall, though, I find the balance between work and personal life to be fair.
In certain areas, there is a strong focus on employee development. However, in my department, there are very few opportunities for advancement, and career development options are limited.
In my field, there are very few opportunities for salary increases, which I find disappointing.
Compared to other companies, the environmental and social awareness here is outstanding. I’m very satisfied with the measures that I’m aware of.
The team spirit among colleagues is excellent. Without the strong sense of togetherness, I might have considered other offers. The time during and after the pandemic has shown that you can really rely on your colleagues—both professionally and personally. There is a high level of understanding and mutual support.
I don't have much experience with this personally, but the treatment of older employees appears respectful and fair.
On one hand, my supervisor is open to discussing ideas and concepts, and I appreciate the opportunity for dialogue. However, I sometimes lack trust, as some decisions are made or communicated in ways that feel less appreciative. Additionally, prior agreements are often overturned, leading to uncertainty.
The working conditions are generally good. Of course, there are small areas that could be improved, but these are often subjective and depend on individual preferences.
Communication is good in many respects but could be clearer and more transparent. Sometimes, important information is not shared promptly, leading to misunderstandings. That said, there are plenty of opportunities for dialogue, and the company is working to improve internal communication.
Equality is generally well-handled here. While there are still a few areas for improvement, I haven't heard of any cases where female colleagues felt disadvantaged because of their gender.
There are many interesting projects available, but you have to be proactive and assertive to get involved. This offers a lot of autonomy but also requires a high level of initiative.
nichts, NUR room of improvements!

Besides all the great people & benefits I also need to mention the HR-Department for their interview and onboarding excellence. Never experienced such structured onboarding process. Great job to all HR colleagues and especially to Head of HR Department for successfully building it up!
I dont have anything to complain. To be honest, don't trust or believe some negative ratings here, probably it's some individual personal issues. Fluctuation is super low, people are spending most of their whole professional career there.
Follow your way and you will embrace further 20 years of success.
Everyone is polite, willing to help you at any time. Super positive and pro-active mindset. They act like a team - great team spirit.
Plenty of flexibility - from working hours, to home office. Taking care of people and no overtimes until 8 o'clock in the evening. (Just if there is an after-work event ;-)
Own internal academy that supports development, both on personal and professional level.
Lots of benefits, from breakfast once per week, to free drinks, lunch and mobility support.
Supporting sustainable projects.
International people, open, and always willing to support you in your project.
Open culture! No discrimination at all.
I just can tell you about my chief and his leadership culture. He was supportive, understanding my issues and challenging me in a motivational way. Cheers to my EM-Lead.
High-End equipment. High-End infrastructure. Modern work place in all offices.
Clear communication towards employees. Confluence Spaces & Internal Apps for every process or situation.
Open culture! No discrimination at all.
Room to design by yourself & to develop yourself in any direction
for people who want to start career in IT is good company.
For the experienced colleagues with good technical knowledge is "little difficult", because you always get all the tasks.
The focus on e-commerce project:
1. Do not always say "yes" to customers. You have to check internal resources and skills.
2. The overall quality of the team is good, which is a positive sign for the company.
However, the mixed level of experience among individual developers may present some challenges. As a product owner, it was important to identify areas where developers may need additional support in my team to ensure that everyone is able to contribute effectively to the project.
To have a lot of certificates (google cloud archit, developer and so on), as it is NOT always a reliable indicator of a developer's understanding of a particular area. While certifications can be valuable, it is important to also consider other factors, such as work experience and practical skills.
3. Next point is the test team. In my team I had test manager(s), but no people who were technically proficient. The fact that some developers are expected to do everything, including implementing features and testing their own work and explain test managers what they need to do. Here is the biggest gap in setup of the software team. Suggestion: build the Software test engineer team in the company.
if the project goes well (what is not the case often), then good, if not, have to look for someone to blame...
Missing Soft Skills and leadership skills
Although we have weekly meetings where we employees get the information. However, one has the feeling that middle management "runs" in a different direction and far away from company vision.
is below average
Sehr gute hochwertige Ausstattung
So verdient kununu Geld.
