Very poor application process (communication, not meeting of deadlines).

Acting by the same high standards as they expect from their future employees:
I was very excited applying with the company as I thought it could fit very well my interests.
Started with a first interview (online interview due to Covid-19), the atmosphere that came across was strict and cold and not welcoming.
Second round was a very demanding 90min case study/performance test based on a 15 pages detailed, industry-specific white paper. After 9 weeks no response. I asked for feedback and I was promised to get an answer next day. Nothing. Then I was promised after weeekend. But again nothing. It took another 2 weeks to receive a notice.
However, the company decision was very much in line with my decision better not to work with that company.
We are all aware of the entire Covid-19 situation but that does not justify such a disrespectful behavior towards applicants.
