Depending on your team you're in you have to deal with a highly toxic environment. If you are not good friend to one of the key players you will be thrown under the bus at the first incident.
Certain colleagues tend to be promoted by looks not by talent. There are rumors of even worst things.
Kommunikation
As long as somebody (superior) needs something from you you will be harassed - if you want something you might be ignored so long that you give up
Kollegenzusammenhalt
On lower levels ok-ish, on higher you can have fights - in particular if you have no support (not in the inner circle).
Work-Life-Balance
You might can get some flexibility - on the other hand if you are not visible (meaning you have to join each and every team event regardless your personal plans) you will blamed for it.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
It is highly frustrating to not being supported / heard - but even blamed for certain things from your superior which you are not in the control of. It tends to be a "cover your ass" / "blame game" mentality in certain teams, not in all.
