- First interview not so technical. Second interview was very technical and you get asked more and more about a topic until you reach your limit. Starts with basic IB questions: 3 financial statements, connection between them, how can XYZ be negative/positive on your IS or CFS and how does it affect EBITDA, concept behind M&A, synergies, who would buy company ABC, what would you do with company ABC, explain sell side process, whats exactly in an IM. Explaining all valuation Methods in depth. Explain beta and expect brain teasers. Value a dying company. Valuation with negative cash flows. Experiments with WC. Also LBO & SOTP valuations.
