There is a lot of greenwashing: The company promotes sustainability as part of its brand image, while simultaneously using and imposing a wide range of AI tools on its employees.
Overtime is normal here and is even expected. The deadlines are often unrealistically tight.
There is a lack of transparent and honest communication between the C-suite and employees.
The Leadership team seems to only care about KPIs and profit at this point.
