The interest in agile, structured growth should also pass into the hearts of management. Nowadays nothing is more deadly than standing still and the expectation of hiring new people could make up for the lack of development.

The Colleuges The colleagues are all very nice, but as a motley dog you get noticed very quickly.

It was great between me and my direct person in charge. But communication with everyone else in management was difficult, sluggish and arduous.

Me and my colleague just seem to be on the same line, but with everyone else I had my problems. It may have been on my side, but it is surprising that such outgrowths still occur nowadays.

I would give five stars to my line manager, none of the others would be an average and two stars.
Interessante Aufgaben
If tasks can be carried out maybe, but no project proposals were carried out and suggestions for improvement were ignored.
Arbeitsbedingungen
It's been a long time since I had to write project work to the nearest 5 minutes without being able to calculate it further. There are also an incredible number of tools in use that overlap in their tasks.
