Dadurch dass meiner Meinung nach sehr großer Wert auf das kennenlernen der KandidatInnen gelegt wird und mehrere kurze Calls mit verschiedensten zukünftigen Kontaktpersonen wurden, musste ich mich immer wieder vorstellen und meine Vorgeschichte erzählen.
Vielleicht wäre es sinnvoll Initial ein Meeting zu machen wo sich alle, die Zeit haben, vorstellen und danach kann man in den einzelnen Calls mehr in die Tiefe gehen.

- It starts with a self evaluation sheet you will answer. Usual questions of which software, tools, techniques are you familiar with.
- next round is a very nice chat with the HR department. Usual questions to see if you will fit into the team. if you are a German native a substantial part will be held in English.
- next round is the technical interview. Very welcoming and appreciative talk with questions like tell us about you apart from your CV, what is your experience in hardware design, walk us through an usual design approach from R&D to final implementation, why you chose tractive, what do you expect your job will look like, what do you expect from your leads, etc.
- next round is a short interview with management. Again very welcoming and appreciative. Questions primarily focused on do you fit in the team and what is your background.
- All rounds have dedicated time for your questions, and the next steps will be described with timeline. And just for the records, tractive sticks with that timelines sharp! I really enjoyed that.
