Every employee has a height-adjustable desk. In addition, there is the option to relocate your workspace to the terrace or a chill-out area.

Not only within the team, but also across teams and from management, communication is very open. Here too, you can feel the flat hierarchies and that management values communicating honestly and on an equal footing with all employees, whether they are leaders or not.
