Internship Identity & Cultural Development (all genders)

Would you like to combine your passion for aviation with your interest in cultural change? Then you’ve come to the right place. In this role, you’ll support our team in the areas of onboarding, feedback and dialogue culture, and collaboration - with a focus on the Austrian Onboarding Journey.

Start Date: February 2027 - 6-12 months fixed-term

Tasks

Together, we create experiences that welcome new colleagues right from the start, provide guidance, and bring our mission statement, “Hospitality from the Heart,” and our values to life.

• You will assist with the planning, organization, and execution of the Austrian Welcome Days and actively contribute to the success of our onboarding journey
• You’ll handle the administrative management of the Austrian Welcome Box, coordinate collaboration with external partners, and prepare shipping and related processes
• You’ll co-facilitate key onboarding sessions, such as the virtual welcome event “Austrian Servus,” as well as short sessions designed to convey our brand and identity to our Young Talents
• You’ll support and mentor new colleagues throughout the entire cultural onboarding process and ensure they have a successful start at Austrian
• You’ll participate in other cultural initiatives and contribute your ideas - for example, in Deep Listening, Brave Dialogue, or Decision Making

• You must be enrolled in a business administration, psychology, or comparable degree program for the entire duration of the internship (a current certificate of enrollment must be included with your application)
• You are interested in corporate culture and enjoy working with people
• You have a solution-oriented and business-minded approach to thinking and working
• You work in a structured and proactive manner and have an eye for detail
• You are a team player and feel comfortable speaking in front of groups
• You have very good written and spoken German and English skills
• You have very good user skills in Microsoft 365
• You have an unrestricted work permit for Austria/the European Union
