Team development: Recruit, train and grow a logistics and supply chain team that's genuinely great to work. Coach, mentor and back your people so excellence becomes the norm, not the exception.
Safety and wellbeing: Keep the floor safe and your people happy, every single day.
What you will need
5 years in Leadership.
No qualifications/further training required in Logistics / Supply chain.
English (Very good knowledge). French (Advantageous). Good communication skills in English (Level B2). If you're not at that level yet, you should be willing to improve.
