Unpleasant working atmosphere and disrespectful employer

Lack of respect in the company, sexist colleagues and jokes throughout the office.No flexible working times, no support from HR in case a person has some concerns, rather those get passed on across the whole office. Employees are forced to work overtime, without being paid for that and forced to take on tasks outside of their jobs.

Review if the management team actually is qualified enough to manage people, with trained soft skills and high communication standards. Mutual respect has to be cultivated

Work from Home also not available during the pandemic times, employees were forced to return to the office with their concerns not being listened to.

Micro-management, distrust, when you challenger your manager with a different opinion - you get shouted and told to shut up.
