Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
-No external trainings
-PARKING IS ONLY FOR SENIOR PEOPLE
-Very poor German language course - not for the entire year .. trying to save some money!!
-very bad working environment
-We have to bring our food in some company events, even if they bring, they put a limit on the meals each one can eat !!! I found this really funny!
-No homeoffice
-Most of the colleagues are not German, so no German culture is found there which I really like.

My salary was low, but they claim that they pay higher than the market which was not the case for me at all!!

They belong to Deutsche Börse group, that is why they have a good image!
Karriere/Weiterbildung
They do not do any external eduction, they claim that they believe in self-eduction! They also asked us to take an online course and if we passed, they would pay the fees. I passed with 95%, but they did not pay me anything!!
