Perhaps the employer could explain the employment contract and working conditions in more detail before the start of employment. This way, new employees will have a better understanding from the outset of their tasks, rights, and responsibilities, and what to expect in their daily work.
Work-Life-Balance
The company does not provide fixed working hours or a regular work location. Every day the work shift changes, and the workplace is different. This makes it difficult to maintain a stable routine and work-life balance. Employees are expected to adjust constantly without consistency in scheduling or location.
