Incompetent management, boring and repetitive tasks, no transparency, some employees were treated bad. Works council is there but I feel hr and them work together at this point - useless

Maybe listen to the people and their wishes what they want to do. Try to have some projects, otherwise everyone will leave.

It got better, but still company tries to scam their customers a lot with their products. Working towards the wishes of the investors, not customers. No strategy for the future at all, changes every year basically (depends what investors want)

Good, only if we have projects it’s a bit tougher (consulting lifestyle) but mostly not the case
Karriere/Weiterbildung
Nothing, once a year there is a budget for conferences or other trainings but the process to get it done is so complicated that you lose interest at some point. It is only desires for managers to be trained (they have trainings on regular basis) but not for normal employees
Gehalt/Benefits
Quite okay for Munich, benefits I can see only Wellpass and canteen subsidy.

Some are childish, take everything personally. Do not accept negative feedback, always know things better (even if they don’t). Some managers are also promoted because of personal friendships, not due to the right skillset

Not existing, company tries to hide a lot of things. No transparency at all
Interessante Aufgaben
Not at all, in the beginning it was nice having projects. Now everything is based on one product and tasks are repetitive. Can be replaced by ai in my opinion, no human brain is needed here. Nothing to learn at this point, very sad… project business is what keeps people stay
