One area that could be improved is the equipment and support provided to the installation teams. Better consideration of the practical needs of field technicians would help increase both the quality and efficiency of the work.

For example, on many projects we have to carry heavy tools and equipment units to the top of buildings by ourselves. In buildings without elevators, this places a significant physical burden on employees and may even pose a risk to their health and safety. Providing better lifting solutions or additional support for such situations would greatly improve working conditions.
