Kollegenzusammenhalt

There are still some really nice people in the teams, though most of them already left.. The rest of the people act like - "I will destroy everything on my way but some day I will be on the top" - egoistic and unprofessional

You can forget about your personal live here. No one works here exactly or less than 8 hours. Even if there are no deadlines it is expected for you to stay longer at the office

Vorgesetztenverhalten

You will feel like the smallest part of the chain... Your opinion does not count here - do what thez tell you in the deadlines they give you. Eventough you will notice that the task was not urgent at all... Ah yeah, priorities change all the time.

Umgang mit älteren Kollegen

Everyone is young and unexperienced. You learn on the go.

Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein

Lights are always on-during the whole night no matter if there is someone or not...

Very low - below average. But on the other side you will be pushed to your limits.

Already known with their bad image and its getting more dofficult to find new employees. No surprise for an employer who doues not respect their employees.

Dear (maybe former) colleague,

first of all thanks a lot for your feedback, to which I would like to give an answer.

With our Scrum and kanban systems, intense sprint plannings and a clear feature plan, priorities are set with the team in a way that ensures efficiency and focused working for everyone. Of course, changes might take place, but always with a reason and after discussing with the stakeholders. They are sometimes needed in order to follow chacnging market situations or to include new knowledge and data we receive. And, honestly, most of us here like the challenges resulting from these changes as it make (work) life more interesting.

It is a pity to read that you don’t like the attitude of your colleagues. This opinion does not go along with the big mojority of our employees: In our last employee survey in January more than 90% said they wear really happy with „helping each other“ as well as „liking each other“ and „having competent colleagues“. That result shows us a great team spirit!

Instead of offering workshops we give responsibilities to every employee, also to young people, so they have the chance to learn on the job, which is much more efficient in our opinion. The learning and career curve of our employees prove us right in that. If you feel this does not apply to your situation , feel free to talk about your learning experiences with your teamlead or come to see me in the HR office. We are always happy to help and I am sure we can find a good solution.
