Toxic. Workaholic Project Managers coming straight out of university without any previous experience in project an people management running the show.

I got sweared for finishing a task late, and got threatened of facing consequences for not joining a team event.

Only blaming developers.

Haha, thats funny.

You are expected to continuously work over hours because PMs cannot plan the sprints correctly. If you have a family, and want to have a flexible working time so that you can see your kids, try your luck somewhere else. Management are singles, workaholics, so kids and family is unknown words to them.

Dear former colleague,

First of all, thank you for your feedback to which we would like to respond.
It is a pity to read that you were quite unhappy working with us. We perceive our employees as very enthusiastic, motivated and cooperative. Also, the results of our regular employee survey show us a great team spirit. We try to offer our employees as much flexibility regarding the working hours as possible. We only kindly request everyone to be in the office by 10am at the latest as it would otherwise be very difficult to plan meetings for example. This is something we very openly communicate to our applicants in our job interviews. Naturally, we reward initiave. Therefore we believe not quantitative measures, such as the years of working experience, but qualitative results like cleverness and the will plus good ideas to achieve our goals together make a good employee. We also like to encourage our employees to get to know each other and network, but of course, such team events are not mandatory.
