At least in my team we cant learn and grow because of the high speed and load of work, the team is not getting bigger while the work load is really increasing

Dear colleague,

thank you for your honest feedback. We highly value open communication and transparency in our company structures, therefore it's great to see that you also appreciate this concept.

Due to the fact pace of our company and the many upcoming projects, our teams sometimes do not scale as fast. I am sorry that you experienced a phase in which the work load was too high to also spare some time for workshops or personal development. Our Tech Recruiting team is working heavily on staffing our tech teams and we give our best to prevent situations like these. Otherwise, we are currently upscaling our internal AY Academy and incease ressources for development.
Please approach our HR Department and colleagues for further clarification and to check for current opportunities to tackle your pain points!
