Work-Life Balance varies depending on the customer. Over time, it can be shaped according to our wishes, not the wishes of the customers. Of course, this is very difficult, but making perfect better is already difficult.
If there is someone in the team who has just learned German, please speak slowly and avoid idioms used in daily conversation. Diversity network can make a presentation about this at "iT-Time". I think this issue will come to the fore more and more with the increasing shortage of personnel and the constant recruitment of new Accsonauts into the company.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
The onboarding process should be longer. On the first day, there was only a three-hour presentation about the company and that was it. An extra presentation can be made for someone like me who has never worked in a consulting firm before.
