Arbeitsatmosphäre
Colleagues are mostly very nice and collegial. Everyone tries to help each other and are always friendly and supportive, at least at individual contributors' level. However, the management level exerts a lot of pressure on everyone to lower costs and increase turnover, literally at all cost. Therefore, there is always a feeling of gloom in the company, especially after all-hands meetings.

A lot of clients are unsatisfied with the services. Image drastically declined in the past few years.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
There is no career development or further education possible. A lot of colleagues work in the same position for more than 10 years without any career progression. Questions about career progression and training are ignored.

Alright at middle management level. Terrible at upper-management level for the reasons above.

100% Home-office mostly possible. However, most colleagues face an unbearable workload.
Kommunikation
Very bad from management level. Their insincerity is felt at every at every decision. For example, the company communicates aggressively about the importance of customer excellence, but pressures project managers into unscrupulous practices to reduce costs (like lying to customers and vendors). Verbal emphasis on employee well-being is contradicted by termination or demotions right before holiday or after parental leaves.

Miserable pay, almost no benefits apart from home-office.
Interessante Aufgaben
Some project managers do get interesting projects. Some are stuck with run-of-the-mill tasks.
