Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich

The good side of the company is that it appreciates openness, competence and allows me to shape my working environment. Here I can ask my questions, express my needs, ask for help, put suggestions on the table and be responsible for my successes and failures. Of course, every company has its own challenges and difficulties and the sun is not shining every day, but it is also naive to expect that in today's tough economic situation we can be very relaxed at work. Some amount of tension and stress is expected, but if you can be your own boss and take ownership of your career path, here you can certainly do it.
