As typical of most early stage startups there are some defining factors that are not for everyone. The tempo is intense, plans can change quickly, expectations are high, etc.
Kommunikation
There is at least 1 company call a quarter where Leadership talks about the budget, achievements (both in sales + tech), goals, runway/financing, etc.
Multiple team events every year where the company all gets together in person.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
This is one of my favourite parts about working here. That even in periods where the work stress is higher, people stick together. We celebrate all teams' achievements, not just those that are easily measured.
Work-Life-Balance
The reality is that it is an early stage seed startup environment, and this is never kept a secret. There are for sure periods that are more demanding than a typical corporate job. That being said, I have a very busy personal life as well and I am never questioned for planning my day how I see fit. The expectation is that our work gets done, how you do that is up to you. Nobody questions you for coming and going when you please.
Interessante Aufgaben
I'm often confronted with topics that are very new to me, which I find is a great way to learn. Beauty of a small team at such an early stage is that there is always something new to create, improve upon, or challenge.
Gleichberechtigung
The team is very international, and there are a mix of genders in almost all departments and seniority levels - up to Senior Leadership. Is there room to improve? yep, absolutely. We are certainly not at a 50/50 split.
I have never seen someone be treated differently due to their background, race, gender, orientation, family status, etc. and from my experience I find that people are welcomed with open arms for their differences.
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
I would say avg. age is early 30s. There are some colleagues who are more senior but there could certainly be improvement here as well.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Newest Mac and Windows equipment. Large office spaces in both Berlin and Munich.

Could be improved upon.

On the higher end of what is standard for the industry and company size I would say.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
This is one of the first times in my work life where I truly felt that what you put in is what you get out. The company is also working on creating proper levels for every role so people know what to expect for the future.
