The office around Kotti has proper rooms for teams/departments and it's much easier to work from there compared to the shiny unusable huge open space of the other office, where if you talk with somebody, you end up disturbing 25 more people.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
As a waited long enough and bare with the group for a whole year I feel I can update my last review before going.
Nothing really has changed, if possible, it only got worse. Mistrust and misalignment are still ruling strong. There's a race for decision power and "normal" employees are requested to just back up into their corner, wait for the strongest to win the battle, and don't have too much of an opinion. Still, incompetence gets promoted if it comes with a prick-attitude.
(Much)Less than 20% of the company's employees are engineers working on the many plans that want to be achieved, which is at a critical low and externals are needed to cover for the missing working force. Don't trust the recent positive reviews, people were instructed to write them.
Forget about culture, it only survives within the few employees that still care.
There are attempts to settle these problems but at the moment they are timid and ineffective. Maybe a good idea to see how things look in 2021 if the company still exists.
