- Not profitable, not even close to it, and will probably promise you they're about to in a month or so. They just need to strike one more deal this time — yeah, not a lot of honesty going on there as you see.
- Unnecessarily big and intrusive middle management.
- The actions of the C-level executives in this company remain largely unknown to the rest of the organization, which can be quite funny. Be careful with them though. ...
They did 3 layoffs during 4 years: one in 2020, one in 2022 and recently in 2024. Nightmare!
Chaos. Chaos everywhere. A 12 year old company that behaves like a recently founded start up. No clear strategy (long term), everchanging goals, responsibilities and expectations. Results are super high workload and confusion in every regard.
Communication is among the worst I've ever seen. One of the many results of incompetent/absent management.
I should say, if you choose Ada to work for, you can be sure, you made a big mistake in your career path. This company has no clear strategy. They change every second their direction! What does it mean? No real revenue for the company. What's the solution to that? Let's lay off some employees randomly! They have recently laid off more than 50 employees and many contractors. I used to love the app and I think it has a great purpose. However, I’m afraid that the company is not going to be successful or profitable in the short or long run. I think it would be best if the company was sold as soon as possible and everyone who works there was given a fair chance to find a new job. There are many talented and hardworking people in this company, many of whom are immigrants, married ...
Settle on a vision for the next X years. Decide long term, stick to it. Instead of introducing new policies, tools, whatever, reduce what you already have and maximize usefulness. Care for your people and try to make it look authentic.
concentrate on what is important today and in the Foreseeable future (1 -2 Years)
Do not take Processes off Company Polcies just because you can and will!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Attend a course how to lead a company.
Close your company! or sell it somebody who can manage an organisation!

You'll get everything you need to do your job. Very top-of-the-line equipment to use and a full home office setup including everything you could wish for.

there are possibilities to improve but due to Poor Money management some of it had been cut!
