Again depends on the team - C -level Communication is somewhat spongy without a clear goal in mind

Was nice until a part were forced to come back to the Office - although i didn't mind it it was bad for some co workers!

Again Good if you can be performant in their eyes - if not they will drop you
A lot of last minute Mind changing due to pressure from Above!
no need to think about the feeling of others!

Never really felt like a Part of something as the Manager had clear favorites!
