The workload of course depends on team/projects. My experience so far is - cycles of utter chaos, after which come promises of improvement. Despite it's size, the company still behaves as a struggling startup, signing contracts and setting deadlines without having clarity on requirements or consulting the engineers. These in turn feel pressured to work extra hours, have less breaks, to not take holidays (sometimes also can't get approval), because there are always urgent business needs. A bonus - deadlines set even during public holidays. Because why not?
