Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich

The coworkers and changing tasks

Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

Sometimes a bit chaotic in communication

Verbesserungsvorschläge

It feels like people should be taken off long project periodically for one or two weeks for trainings or similar for two reasons:
1. Focused acquiring of new skills potentially useful ones for a project
2. The goal in long projects is often to assist some product and Adastra employers should improve and automate the existing project in ways which make them superfluous, thus having a better product and a happy customer. Some time away can show the customer that the project works well even with a component missing (while innovation should slow down)

Arbeitsatmosphäre

The atmosphere itself was super (5*) although it can get chaotic if big projects come in as everybody is working on those (-1*)

Kommunikation

For me communication is completely fine. Big changes are communicated via email and there is one monthly meeting where anybody should attend and news get communicated.

Kollegenzusammenhalt

So far I had only positive experiences with coworkers.

Work-Life-Balance

You work 8 hours a day and are (depending on the customer for which you are currently working and eventual meetings) relatively free when to work on those hours. Overtime can be consumed either via free time or is paid out however you choose. You aren't pressured to take overtime its rather the other way around that you shouldn't take too much.

Vorgesetztenverhalten

Once I felt the purpose of a wage raise meeting wasn't properly communicated hence -1. While it should've come up around that time it wasn't stated in the meeting purpose and I would've liked to prepare more. Usually communication works fine, goals for yearly bonuses are fair and can be adapted if the surrounding work load is too high. You will usually get consulted what you want to do and are getting told the options for which projects you canbe presented.

Interessante Aufgaben

You actually can have a lot of say in what you want to work on, but the area in which I am interested usually doesn't have that many offers.

Gleichberechtigung

I didn't notice anything which speaks against equal rights, but I didn't closely observe it so I don't want to give 5 stars (I would like to have this not factored in, but there is no blatant inequality)

Umgang mit älteren Kollegen

There are some older people who get employed not too many though (Ido not know if this is due to not many applying so no valuation). It also feels like the people who worked longer have higher positions (as it should most of the time be)

Arbeitsbedingungen

It can get quite warm in the summer (but you are often at the customers side and if it gets too warm and you work in the office you can ask to do homeoffice)

Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein

It is hard to evaluate this in IT, I guess Adastra is doing okay.

Gehalt/Sozialleistungen

Wage feels fair although I do not actually know what the average wage is I could get in similar companies.
There are some perks but nothing special so -1*

Image

At least the customers have a good image of Adastra as they even recommend Adastra or reemploy them. (5*)
Looking at other kununu reviews the average is 3,4 (and this is also part of the image so total result 4 dot something but not 5)

Karriere/Weiterbildung

You will get paid trainings and you can request them although this can be cut short if you are on a project (-1*)
I bet you could to paid trainings on your free time if you request them.(maybe also in overtime)
