Arbeitsatmosphäre

Great collaboration among colleagues, flat hierarchies. In the application process, they make sure that you fit into the company, so you only find sympathetic colleagues. The working atmosphere is really good.
Regular team events contribute

Kommunikation

The flat hierarchies support good communication. Monthly company updates and newsletters contribute to this as well. As is typical in management consulting, employees work on different projects at the customer's site and there is a risk that communication will suffer - especially if the work is done completely remotely.
Communication is good but not perfect.

Work-Life-Balance

Depending on the project and the customer, it is possible to arrange flexible working hours. Also overtime is possible, but not a regularity

Dear fellow Adastran,

thank you very much for your positive and encouraging feedback. I am happy to hear that you enjoy the working atmosphere and flat hierarchies at Adastra, we try our best to be as "uncomplicated" as possible, when it comes to decision making processes and communication overall.

You are right, communication will always be one of the more challenging parts of a company of people who, despite being colleagues of the same location, don't necessarily work together on the same projects. It may very well be that some things get lost in the shuffle at times. But it’s good to read that the newsletter and monthly meetings are helpful to you, I will pass this on to the team.

We always encourage everyone to be proactive in communication and ask in case you feel information is missing. From my experience, people can get help really fast, as long as we know what the blocker is.

Good to hear as well, that you enjoy our multi-cultural environment. We are indeed proud of that. This is for sure something that is part of Adastra's DNA ever since the company started in Germany over 15 years ago.
