My experience with Amazon Schönefeld, where I work, is wonderful! My disappointment is with the Adecco employees, I have already sent more than 5 emails and none of them have been answered. They keep asking me for proof of my bank account, I've already responded to the emails and uploaded it to OnBoarding. I send an email asking if everything is resolved and I have no feedback, neither from the office at Alexanderplatz or from the Adecco employee inside the Amazon warehouse, I am extremely disappointed and feeling completely helpless. When I ask questions, I feel like the employee doesn't pay enough attention, he responds without waiting for me to finish speaking.
