The onboarding process is quite pleasant and attentive, they support you and help you through the early stages, and even afterward, you can always ask your colleagues for help.
The team is truly committed to their product, constantly developing it, and they want to benefit not only the company but also their partners - that’s inspiring.
No red flags detected so far :)
The hiring process was normal, though I was a little taken aback by the scope of the test assignment - but overall, that’s pretty common in the industry.
Positive, energetic people who are ready to help
It seems quite nice
The workload is quite heavy, but it's manageable, no overtime is required
On a good level, there's some bonus system
Lots of off-work team-building activities, and recognition for outstanding performers
My team has attentive and supportive leads
The office is comfortable, the equipment is new, and they’ll happily replace anything if you’d simply prefer to work with something else.
Feedback is taken into account
Having lots of people of different genders, nationalities, and sexual orientations - that's awesome
Different types of work tasks - keep you on your toes
I’ve had a very positive experience with adjoe from the very beginning. The interview process was smooth, professional, and well organized. It was slightly long, but given the complexity and broad scope of the ad tech domain, that was completely understandable.
The onboarding experience was also excellent. The company makes a real effort to connect new employees with the right people and provide the support needed to settle in quickly and professionally. Overall, I can highly recommend adjoe to anyone who is looking for a professional environment and is not afraid of the challenges that come with working in the ad tech industry.
I really like working here, and the atmosphere in my team is especially great. people support each other and always have each other's backs.
Flexible working hours and being able to work from home two days a week
what you can learn on the job is incredible, and the opportunity to take on real responsibility is great
The office itself and the perks we get -incl all the snacks and the gym - are amazing.
With the company growing so fast, this is getting a bit more complicated.
oh definitely! I think this is the absolute best part about working here. Because we're growing so much, there are always new topics and responsibilities popping up. Even if people don't officially change their job titles, what they do today often looks completely different from a year ago. It's awesome because you can learn so much just by doing your job
people are always under pressure
Managers think that people cannot burn out if they work 8h a day. But TBH, they expect you to work 8-9h without any pauses.
Feels like just wasting time
Every week you see revenue, but don't expect to get any of that. No bonuses, no higher salaries. People are doing so many things and pushing forward and get nothing
kinda
worst. Zero empathy. People are just tools. It's fine if you pay engineers, but they also don't do that.
1:1 meetings made only for you to hear unfair comments from your leads
Leads and management are mostly men
Great work environment, cool events, direct and transparent communication, proactive community
Lack of flexibility in remote days
Make more flexible policy for remote days
Everyone is treated equally. My manager is very kind and respectable.
Keeping negative minded and low performing people for too long can damage the company in many ways. They should at least receive strong feedback so that they change their behavior.
- Friendly teammates and great team communication
- Lots of opportunities to work with modern, cuttingedge technologies
- Super cozy office right in the heart of Hamburg
Good colleagues, interesting industry.
Communication, feedback culture, performance reviews, lots of burnout that managers are aware of and don’t care about.
Communication, flexibility and salaries must improve considering the revenue.
Some suspicious secrecy and lack of honesty
Salary is
I make 80K as a junior developer. No one else pays this much. Love it ❤️
So verdient kununu Geld.
