Gehälter, manchmal keine klare Richtung, einige Manager sind seltsam. Großes Unternehmen mit Start-up-Mentalität, das Schlimmste aus beiden Welten.
Die Atmosphäre ist kühl, die Leute sind nett und es bleibt Zeit für informelle Gespräche und Zusammenkünfte. Außerdem kann es, je nach Team, ziemlich chillig zugehen.
Das ist in Ordnung, es handelt sich um ein hybrides Unternehmen, das immer strenger wird, und es würde mich nicht wundern, wenn sie am Ende die Home-Office-Tage abschaffen würden.
Hier gibt es nicht viele Möglichkeiten, zu wachsen oder sich weiterzuentwickeln.

Das Unternehmen kümmert sich überhaupt nicht darum.
Ich denke, die Kollegen sind der beste Grund, hier zu arbeiten.
Es ist ein ziemlich junges Unternehmen, und es ist ihnen völlig egal, ob man schon 1 oder 8 Jahre dabei ist.
Das hängt von Ihrem Team ab, aber insgesamt halte ich sie für gut.

Points that can be pros or cons depending on your preferences:
- A startup environment. Not like you have to be an all-in-one specialist and work nights, but it still requires you to constantly push yourself and come up with quick decisions.
- Performer-friendly environment. If you just want to quietly do your job and do exactly as you're told, it's not for you. Being proactive, and walking an extra mile is encouraged and rewarded. But no penalties or fires if you do your duties and don't strive for more.
- Company is still small
- Fast-changing environment. Goals and priorities are shift constantly reacting to external changes. On one hand, it can be frustrating, on the other it can be motivating and keeps the company more resilient.
- It's ad business. Some people like it, some don't.
- Most of the processes are not mature
- As the company is growing it becomes hard to act as a startup in some cases
Kind and fun international collleagues, good development
Strictness with working remotely and bad communication, salary is not competitive – wouldn't recommend for the reason that most people are now looking for more flexible ways of working
A very nice working atmosphere which provides good amount of facilities to the employees and promotes learning. The whole team is very nice who cares about you, your personal life and your career growth. Provides learning budget which can also be used for participation in conferences. VSOPs, Monthly team and company lunch, quarterly team events also adds great value
Behaviour from some senior colleagues are not upto the mark. Also salaries should be on the higher end and not market average as a startup. But overall nothing too bad

Die mangelnde Transparenz bezüglich der Gehälter kann manchmal dazu führen, dass man unterbezahlt wird, was frustrierend sein kann. Es liegt in der Verantwortung des Mitarbeiters, Gespräche zu diesen Themen zu initiieren. Wenn Sie jedoch die Initiative ergreifen und das Gespräch beginnen, besteht eine hohe Wahrscheinlichkeit, dass Sie unterstützt werden.
