HR is actively bad, and the Leadership avoids all responsibilities. Designers suffer a lot, but in the end we have to do the job. Maybe if you are a Pratikant, but not for experienced people.

They could avoid firing people who want to solve problems as they have been doing. They ask people solutions, when you give one that works, person is fired.
