Had to be the colleagues! Especially the South American guys. I hope they are all doing well!
Flexible time is nice.
There is no pressure from management to force you to stay late (which I have experienced from other employers).
All in all, a great company work environment.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Not the fault of the company at all, but the area is a bit weird and boring. If you are a young guy and like to have some form of life after work, I would not go to Bodensee. Culture is also very different and may be hard to adapt to.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
Nothing too drastic. Has the same issues/problems almost every engineering company faces in project managment areas. But the company has been around for a long time so it obviously is doing something right.
