Very very bad management supported by HR. Company drives the false image on social media and pays substandard salaries to colleagues. There's hardly any useful benefit apart from Coffee and fruits which literally every other company out there provides.

Listen to your colleagues. Don't force them to prepare presentations of peroformance. This is exactly what team leads should do and set out KPI and goals for team members. Instead wasting time on unnecessary meetings and events will not help retain employees

Everyone is just having fun and team leads with basically zero leadership experience are destroying careers of their team members

Depends on the person. You can work 9-9-6 like in China or be relaxed since everything will be done by someone else anyways

They are just trying to get a big piece of startup-cake. The company only cares about funding and is not able enough to expand their market beyond China

Depends on team and time of the year. Tech stack is generally good so there's quite some interesting tasks to be done.
