Work-Life-Balance
It was not possible to plan, lots of requests were coming in with short time to react. Work had to be done, no matter what. I had to be available during working hours all the time, but not on vacation. During project deadlines, overtime hours were usual. Overtime hours could be compensated with free time. Usual business trips.

You can do if you have the time.
Gehalt/Benefits
Good compared to medium size enterprises; average for Munich, I would say. Benefits are quite nice.
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
Not really. You get a mobility benefit, but you can also use it for gasoline.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Very direct feedback. Performance was very important, but sometimes I had the time for a quick chat.

Daily pressure and performance-oriented. Two team members left the team because they were not performing good enough.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Nice open space office, own workplace, 2 screens, device by choice, every software you need, huge kitchen are in the sixth floor and coffee areas on every floor.
Kommunikation
Quarterly townhall meeting. Our team had regular team meetings once a week or more often, depending on the amount of work.
Gleichberechtigung
Male tech field, but quite diverse. Lot of young people.
Interessante Aufgaben
Depending on the team I guess. I mean, the field robotic and AI is interesting and the team is international and science-tech interested. But there is also a lot of daily business that has to be done.
