Kein Respekt an gute und motivierte Mitarbeiter.
Stressig
Schlecht.Rechte Hand weiß nicht was mach die linke.
Na ja....
Robotermontage ist schon für mich interessant. Viel Potential mit zukünftigen Projekten und Orientierung.
Aber Firmenpolitik ist Katastrophe.
Flexible hours
What I found disappointing about the employer was the overall work environment. Compensation was significantly below market standards, the company culture was not conducive to employee growth, and there appeared to be a stronger focus on impressing investors than on investing in and retaining a high-performing workforce. This made it difficult to see long-term career development opportunities within the company. Additionally, the only reason they have positive reviews is that management asks new hires to submit them immediately after joining.
Focus more on quality over quantity
There is always a deadline and anyone working out of hours is just expected not even appricated
Nope
There is no life, company appreciate people who dont take vacation work overtime, always a tight deadline, manager doesnt know how to do planning
The company tends to hire employees at salaries that are around 30% below the market rate. Annual salary increases are typically around 3%, and in many cases, raises are skipped altogether due to various reasons. As a result, it may not be the best place for ambitious professionals seeking strong career growth and competitive compensation.
They focus more on quantity vs quality, Most of people seem to be underpaid, the company want to show they have 1000 employee, I can guess mostly underpaid, overworked, unappreciated employees
Good team sprite is only good thing about the company
In some cases, especially when working with senior colleagues, being vocal and visible seems to matter more for promotion than delivering consistent work.
The criteria for becoming a manager often appear to be based more on internal relationships or background (such as coming from DLR or being closely connected to existing managers) rather than demonstrated leadership skills. As a result, some managers may lack experience in handling complex situations or pressure effectively, which can sometimes lead to operational challenges being pushed down to employees.
Work overtime over 3 months, and then no feedback, none, just get ready for next demo
Can be sometime interesting, but mostly come in last hour of delivery as the management chain is not organized
Lerne was Agile Softwareentwicklung ist.
Keine Kommunikation, unrealistische Ziele
Wer will, kann Karriere machen.
A lot of great, talented people, most of the on the way out.
Already said enough. Read through other negative comments, most of them are extremely accurate.
- Start caring about the talent because so far you can have a high turnover but you might start running out of talented people to hire.
- Improve the transparency, create some common goal.
- Hire a CTO who will manage this chaos (c.e.o cant be the CTO!)
Best example: I didn't have an exit interview because as my manager said: "Everyone knows everything is awful anyway so what's the point"
Great image, nothing behind.
Pretty relaxed. All the time the management try to force people to work from office with little effect. Their reason was, that in China they work from office and they are so much more effective.
A great place for graduates to kickstart their career in robotics nothing else. Otherwise could be quite a career killer.
Below average salaries. Can only get a raise when you threat to leave the company.
Friendly colleagues.
Almost everyone is a junior
The team leads are nice. The upper management doesn't care
No communication between upper management and the employees. No goal, no mission, no plan. Plenty of "secret projects". No transparency.
You can only develop your career if you are from DLR.
Well the tasks could be interesting but they are pointless. Most projects are scrapped after few months so all your work goes to the bin. The priorities change according to ceo's mood.
Sehr gutes Arbeitsklima in Kaufbeuren, helle Arbeitsplätze, gutes Equipment.
Agile Robots is a chinese company with lots pain points. HR was advertising a modern environment during my hiring process which is not the case. To me it was an exhausting time.
The company has a huge budget and seems to spend a part of it on their public image. In general the written articles should be questioned and read carefully.
Core working hours are available and people often stick to them. But there are enough colleagues who work overtime and almost live in the office. There are few or no checks and notices in order to ensure that. Also there was an opportunity to do homeoffice and work remote that was recently cut down to four days a month.
Salary is in time. But within the lower range of the local industry standards. There are no extra ordinary grants or anything like that.
I have the feeling that no one is listening to us rationally. Moreover, there is no sensible communication
Offices are too loud, especially the big lab. The office is in munich but in a bad location.
Staff is segmented and chances are not equal. Lots of opportunities have been missed, the core team is in horrible condition. No chances to be heard or seen
Good office
Very very bad management supported by HR. Company drives the false image on social media and pays substandard salaries to colleagues. There's hardly any useful benefit apart from Coffee and fruits which literally every other company out there provides.
Listen to your colleagues. Don't force them to prepare presentations of peroformance. This is exactly what team leads should do and set out KPI and goals for team members. Instead wasting time on unnecessary meetings and events will not help retain employees
Everyone is just having fun and team leads with basically zero leadership experience are destroying careers of their team members
Don't believe in the media posting since there are full time employees just focussing on spreading lies
Depends on the person. You can work 9-9-6 like in China or be relaxed since everything will be done by someone else anyways
If you are not from DLR, forget any chance to grow
Below industry standards
Everyone is basically reinventing the wheel and innovation is stifled by selfishness
Most colleagues don't stick for more than a year.
They are just trying to get a big piece of startup-cake. The company only cares about funding and is not able enough to expand their market beyond China
Good infrastructure in the company for colleagues
What you say will be heard but will never be acted upon
Fairly okay
Depends on team and time of the year. Tech stack is generally good so there's quite some interesting tasks to be done.
So verdient kununu Geld.
