A culture that celebrates feedback, learning and growth
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Having worked in various environments before, I can say that the atmosphere at Aignostics is one that's marked by a strong openness for feedback. The Leadership team takes time to look at engagement survey data and set up an action plan accordingly.
As for the CEO, I can say that he is very grounded, approachable and humble, which is a rare occurrence in the start up world.

Aignostics is slowly making more of a name for itself and I think we will continue doing so. :)
Work-Life-Balance
Personally, I feel I have a good work-life balance working at Aignostics. It helps that the team around me also encourages me to keep it like that.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
We have so many opportunities to learn and grow, thanks to the rigorous L&D initiatives.
On thing we do need to work on as we grow is really establishing career paths, hence why I am only giving 4 stars.
Gehalt/Benefits
I am happy with the salary and the benfits.
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
I cannot say much here as we are not super focused on this, however, I feel that people working at Aignostics all seem to share a bit of that sustainability mindset without it being explicit.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
People really make sure to help each other out where they can and I can see this across all teams.
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
See above.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
I can only speak for my direct manager and I can say that they demonstrate absolute integrity and are very interested in helping the team grow. On top of that, they regularly give feedback and also create a safe space for oneself to give feedback.
Arbeitsbedingungen
The office is currently being rebuilt and I personally think that the spaces are super clean and easy to navigate. The kitchen is always fully equipped thanks to the great office management.
Kommunikation
Communication has recently been established as an area that we need to work on, especially when it comes to which tools we use to communicate and how we use them.
While I generally feel quite in the know when it comes to team-internal topics, I sometimes still lack a deeper understanding of where the company is going. This might also be due to the fact that the field we are operating comes with quite subject-specific terminology that you first need to get your head around if you are new to it.
Gleichberechtigung
I cannot comment much on this as of yet but can say that as a woman, I feel I have the same chances here. It also helps that we have a Women Employee Resource Group as a support network where we always exchange knowledge with each other. This is also my first start-up where I see a higher variance in age groups which makes me think that we value tapping into a wider set of experiences. The company is overall also very international and is becoming more so. As for people from the queer community, I can say that we do have a quite a few employees identifying as queer. Since I am cis-gendered and hetero myself, I am in no position to judge to what extent they feel safe and treated equally. From an outsider's perspective, however, it seems like they do. One observation I can make, though, is that it would have been nice for the company to make a bit more of a statement during PRIDE month but that didn't really happen. Last but not least, we have a fair representation of People of Colour working at Aignostics, although I do feel that the Black community is slightly underrepresented - I am optimistic this will change in the future though.
Interessante Aufgaben
I do like what I am doing and have already shared that I would like to further build on that which is why it's only 4 stars.
