Besonders als Praktikant*in ist dieser Punkt gerne gesehen. Da man in vielen Unternehmen leider nicht gravierende Aufgaben bekommt. Doch bei air up bist du eindeutig ein voll respektiertes Teammitglied

Man bekommt auch als Praktikant/in viel Verantwortung und muss nicht nur die typischen "Praktikantenjobs" machen, die man vielleicht von anderen Firmen kennt. Die flache Hierarchie hier schafft eine super Atmosphäre zum Arbeiten. Man bekommt viel konstruktives Feedback, Anerkennung, wenn man etwas geschafft hat und viele neue Erfahrungen und insights. Rundum ein sehr gutes Paket.

It is kind of a pain that not everything is accessible to every member of the team.
Good, but I still have to get used to the fact that you cannot just get up and talk to your colleagues but have to send messages, schedule meetings etc first.

Start up hours, don't expect the nine to five Job. But you have flexible work hours so if you want to go to the English garden during the day and work at night it is perfect.
Due to corona, communication can sometimes be difficult but if needed there is always somebody that will help you.
Everybody is working for the common goal and transparency has a great value at air up. It is really fun to work at air up and the team members are very open and honest and respectful with each other. Everybody takes time for questions etc. even though time is very limited, because everybody has a lot to do. Feedback is very important at air up, on the one hand to appreciate the work and on the other to constantly improve personally and professionally. Great place to work at!
Sometimes the workload is high - but it is a startup so everybody knows what to expect
air up is constantly trying to improve things and is working with a lot of locals (e.g. cooperations with healthy and fresh food startups from Munich)

The managers are on an eye-to-eye level with their directs and the other employees. Everybody is very caring

Das super freundschaftliche und teamorientierte Verhältnis mit allen Kollegen und Kolleginnen. Sowie der Teamspirit selbst und dass Erolfge mit allen zusammen zelebriert werden. (Momentan wegen Corona via Teams Meeting)
Mir ist in der Zeit nichts speziell aufgefallen
Super angenehme Atmosphäre mit freundschaftlichem Umgang untereinander. Feedback untereinander ist jederzeit willkommen.
Einer der Treiber für air up ist unter anderem das Umweltbewusstsein und das Ziel die Produkte noch nachhaltiger zu machen wird kontinuirlich verfolgt.
Außerdem engagiert sich air up in mehreren sozialen Projekten, sowohl als Unternehmen, als auch die Mitarbeiter selber.
Freundschaftlicher Umgang miteinander mit konstruktivem Feedback. Man unterstützt sich gegenseitig wo es nur geht.
Insgesamt ist das Team sehr jung aber es wird sowiso mit allen Kollegen gleich gut und respektvoll umgegangen.
Feedback ist immer willkommen und die eigene Position wird in die allermeisten Entscheidungen miteinbezogen. Ich habe während meiner Zeit kein einziges Negativbeispiel gehabt.
Auf Grund von Corona wurde das Arbeiten im Office erschwert.
Alles ist super transparent und alle wichtigen Informationen werden jede Woche in einem Meeting dem gesamten Team präsentiert. Darunter auch die aktuellen Zahlen, sodass alle Kenntniss über die aktuellen Entwicklungen hat.
In meiner Zeit hatte ich viele interessante Projekte, die ich in Eigenverantwortung bearbeiten konnte.
Great teamwork. There are funny moments all the time but everybody knows when it's time to be serious.
Every single one working at air up is 100% convinced of the product. Everybody uses it. People really want to make a change.
As it is still a start-up it can get really stressful sometimes and it is quite usual to work longer than expected. But on the weekends and evenings you should not be working and have time for relaxation.
The product is really sustainable and the R & D team is working on getting even more sustainable. Paper is barely used in the office. The company works really hard on keeping sustainability as the main goal. Unfortunately take away food is bought often during the lunch break. This creates a lot of waste.
Good team and nice colleagues. Due to the home office situation team building wasn't as strong as it may have been in the office.
Very flat hierarchies.
The office is really nice, but due to the continuing growth there is not enough space anymore. The change to the home office worked smoothly and remote culture is still growing. Everyone has a laptop and all hardware and office stuff that is needed. There is always fruit in the office.
In the office and in the home office communication was good at all times. Every day is a meeting within the team and once a week the whole company gets together. The transfer of information between the departments could be better.
There is a huge share of women in this firm. More and more people whose mother tongue is not German are hired and are well integrated.
Towards the end of my internship I was given more and more responsibility and more demanding tasks. Nevertheless, there are some routine activities and less demanding research tasks as well.
Dynamic and motivated team!
The working atmosphere is very important to air up. The team spirit is great and everyone is motivated to work on the joint goals.
Interesting tasks naturally result in a lot of work - nevertheless (despite the home office situation and coronavirus) the employees were able to relax, for example through virtual yoga sessions.
Environmental awareness is a central focus of the product and is valued in the entire corporate culture.

Good communication. Sometimes the flow of information needs to be more carefully managed, especially between the different departments.
During my internship I was able to choose my own tasks to a large extent and steer the course of my tasks. Productive ideas and out-of-the-box thinking have always been encouraged. This is supported by a mutual feedback culture, whereby I had the feeling that my opinion was valued.
