Without experience with LAK or another company you wont get job, you need personal contact to get the job no skill as skills are secondary , german are prioritise first because of speking german but France people need meeting in english its typical german enviroment

Pay more 750€ as german student get werkstudent earn more and internship and thesis student only 750€.
Dont pay 100000€ to the full time job as living in hamburg is costly as rent is 700€ so think about it.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
1- Atmosphere - Dont speak anything just like military say yes and follow order of your manager otherwise you cant sustain in the company
2- Kommunication - You are not allowed to talk openly, whatever your knowledge says just go with silent and come out unless someone is asking so avoid it
3- Work together in team but not with other department without asking manager permission so not useful
4- Its good for the top position as mostly are doing home office and enjoying life rather than working so not worth it
5- Not good unless you have good term
6- Boring work but most of the people are suatain only because of money is healthy
Gehalt/Benefits
Money is good thats why people applied and image is really good. Karrier is not best as people dont do everything just few tasks keep repeting

2- Social conditions also good but respect is part but behind back no one likes other people who come from Freschau, ALTEN, Accenture etc Airbus people treated badly as they are doing same task with Airbus people but dont have direct contract

1- No treated nicely so mostly who went to AIX need ticket to visit the airbus stand but if you are white then you dont need permission then will let you inside. If you are not white skin then you are not allowed as many airbus employee without book appointment went inside with the help of contacts so dont trust it.
2- They are impolite because of my skin, saying differently on face and do differently like manager duty is to extend the contract but blaming HR and HR told that Manager will do it. Then said SAP issue but within time limit manager didnot do it. No professional behaviour so dont trust it.
