The company is in a very interesting growing phase, having in the perspective to built a plant outside Germany and a tech-hub to fulfill the high demand that will come in the nexts years.
The company itself is the best of what if does in the world, making the company a very attractive place to work, with really challenging and interesting tasks in almost all functional areas.
The colleagues are friendly, knowledgeable and supportive. However, as new you have to learn earning the trust of them, as in any place.
Some processes are still running a bit manually but that is why is a huge opportunity for improvement and development.
I have made a good decision joining the company and hope I can continue working here and contribute to the company’s future success and growth.
