I was asked before coming here about my schedule so that I can plan my workdays with them so I can deliver my best. The working hours are flexible, and my supervisors are really understanding.

Excellent place if you want to pursue a career in STEM specifically electronics or Nano electronics.

Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein

There motion sensor lights which are pretty cool and energy efficient.

They've made me feel very welcome here.

Amazing and helpful. They have answered all my questions and I tend to ask a lot and they have been very patient and never let me feel bad but encouraged me to ask more so that I can learn better.

Kommunikation

My supervisors have been communicating with me on regular basis. They correct me when I am wrong but also appreciate when I do a good job. They have given me a lot of feedback on what I am doing right and places I can improve which has helped me grow.

There's lot of interesting work here. You should just be willing to learn!!!
