Little to no chance of career improvement. Some online training is available in recent years. Apart from that mandatory e-training of subjects which are not required in your daily business.

Salary is okay but there is no structure to evaluate.
Depends on your bargain skills. Increments in salary are difficult and often time even negligible.

Some plans for sustainability homes, but just a task in bucket.

The interaction between colleagues was good , but since this year it has deteriorated.

Was okay , the immediate Manager are good to work but the managers above them are not even reachable. Only bossy behaviors overall.

Good working condition with ample space.

Poor communication, even the managers don’t know who is gonna be next in line to be fired.

Equal rights are given , but still more men in the higher positions.

No interesting tasks , just do your work and no more new opportunities to learn or have interesting things implemented.
