As a new member of the team, I really felt welcomed and supported throughout the onboarding phase. Coming from a different country and culture, I’ve especially appreciated the warmth and openness of my colleagues—it’s made the transition smoother and more engaging.
At the same time, adapting to unfamiliar systems and communication styles has presented some challenges. I see a meaningful opportunity to strengthen the onboarding experience, particularly for international hires.
As I become more familiar with Alcedis’ internal processes, I’m excited by the potential to develop tools that enhance workflow efficiency, clarify role expectations, and foster stronger cross-departmental collaboration. These improvements could reduce confusion, save valuable time, and help new team members feel empowered and aligned from the start.
