Very competent and supportive, coaching leaders. They guide you towards success, give you all tools and useful information, they are there for you, you can ask anything. They have obviously a lot to do, but never give you the feeling that you would be a burden.

In my first week, I was explained in my onboarding how to create my development plan, how to design my own career. There was also a career fair week, in which the career pathways of different accounts have been introduced! The number of opportunities is like infinite!
