Put more emphasis on the employees instead of the numbers. Of course the numbers are important, but more and more people start to feel not important for the company.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
In general the working atmosphere is great. But in recent times, not only due to corona and home office, the amtosphere suffered a little bit. I think it's part of not being a start up anymore.
Kommunikation
The communication, especially top down, is sometimes very poor. I hope it's going to be better in the future.

Work-Life-Balance
The problem is not working some extra hours, i think this is totally normal for a consultancy, but the expecations of some supervisors and the management when it comes to avalibilties after 7 p.m. and on weekends.

There are no major problems with my dircet supervisor. Sometimes the communication is a little bit difficult.

There is a huge difference between internal and external positions (reputation within AT, payment)
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
We don't have really have elderly colleagues. But things like that are not really a issue.

The equipment could be a little better.
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
There is corporate responsibility project, but so far nothing has really happend.
Worldwide and also in Germany a lot of companies made this year a statement reagarding black lives matter or pride months, but AT didn't. I would love to work for a company who would take me responsibility.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
Compared to similar positions and companies in Munich AT pays less.
There a huge differences within AT for same positions. There is no regulation for extra hours. There is also a lack of transparency regarding the payment.
