Yes, I do see a great effort into improving work life balance. There is no pressure to stay beyond a reasonable hour unless you volunteer for it.

Yes, our team grows within the company and with every persons growth, it is transparent and celebrated together.

Yes…I am very happy with how I am compensated. I find that it is fair.

On this, it’s amazing. I think there is a genuine culture of respect and understanding considering the number of nationalities and language that are covered in the office.

I don’t think we can tell who is older etc. We don’t have age based hierarchy.

I understand my goals, I understand the plan. Again, It’s a start up, that means there are more questions than answers and that is one of the expectations of joining a startup, that’s the game and that’s where the fun is.

No complaints here, the office is the office, drinks, coffee, snacks…heater for the winter, fans for the summer…I can sit to work, I can stand to work, couch, phone booths…anything you need, just need to ask
Kommunikation
It’s not perfect, but it is a start up. There are more project and tasks then there are people to get on them. So communication is as best as it can be given the current state of things.

O yes, many many interesting tasks. We are trusted, empowered but we still help each other. We tackle them together and we celebrate the wins together.

Thank you for this, and for being honest about the "imperfect" part. Pretending we've got it all figured out wouldn't be true to who we are.
You're right that being a startup means more questions than answers some days. We're working on tightening that up as we grow, without losing the part where people are trusted to jump in and figure things out.
