For beginners is good to learn something. But people with experience should run away.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
1. Managment-subordinate interactions. You will neve be supported by your manger if another department blame on you. Everybody can make a mistake but it does not mean that, manager should join and to start blaming.
2. If you do good job you will not be motivated. Even will not be said any word. Always is asked more and more.
3. Employee turnover is very high due to very high push and not be to deal with.
4. Very high information flow and chaotic organisational structure.
5. using employees like a machine which is trough away after doing its job.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
people are used like a machines. There is no any human being feelings. If you work like a dog even you are not going good with you colleagues and around you are good. Amazon talks a lot of about customer satisfaction but forgets that, the first customers which they contact are employees. You should satisfy everybody but for example my manager never asked me whether I am satisfied as well.
