Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich

Colleagues

Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

Lack of transparency, unrealistic expectations, and limited appreciation for employees' efforts. Poor work-life balance, no structured career development, and little support for training. Communication is often unclear, and there is noticeable unequal treatment among staff.

Verbesserungsvorschläge

- Introduce a clear system for tracking working hours and overtime

- Offer more vacation days and allow time off during probation

- Avoid contacting employees outside working hours

- Create fair and transparent structures for career development

- Provide time and budget for professional training

- Encourage and accept employee input more openly

- Treat all employees equally and avoid favoritism

- Improve internal communication and planning

- Show more appreciation for daily work and achievements

Arbeitsatmosphäre

The atmosphere doesn’t feel very positive. There is a lot of pressure and not much appreciation or support from management.

Image

The company tries to present a strong image outwardly, but internally, many employees seem dissatisfied. There is a clear gap between how the company wants to be seen and how it actually feels to work there.

Work-Life-Balance

The overall work-life balance is very difficult. The number of vacation days is below average, and taking time off during the probation period is not allowed. Around Christmas, there are two weeks of company-wide holidays, which have to be taken from the personal vacation days. There is no official system to record working hours, and many extra hours are expected. It is common to be contacted in the evenings, sometimes on private phones or via WhatsApp, and being reachable outside regular hours seems to be the norm.

Karriere/Weiterbildung

Further training is not encouraged, and there is no structured plan for career growth. There are no clear goals or development steps, so it is hard to see where the role is going in the long term.

Vorgesetztenverhalten

The expectations from leadership are often unrealistic. New ideas are introduced without much planning, and this often leads to sudden extra work. There is little appreciation, and criticism sometimes happens in front of others.

Kommunikation

Important information is often missing or shared too late. Overall, communication is unclear and unstructured.

Gehalt/Benefits

The salary is average for the industry, but there is definitely room for improvement. Overtime is considered compensated through the regular salary, which doesn’t reflect the actual workload. There are no bonuses, no holiday or Christmas pay, and no company pension plan.

Gleichberechtigung

There seem to be clear differences in how people are treated. Some employees appear to receive special attention, while others feel overlooked or treated unfairly.

Interessante Aufgaben

The general field is interesting, but there is not much freedom in how to approach tasks. Own ideas are welcomed in theory, but often not taken on if they don’t align closely with the founders’ direction.

Maximilian KaczorHR & Recruiting Manager

Dear colleague,

thank you for taking the time to share such detailed and honest feedback with us. We truly value your perspective and what we can pull from it.

We are glad to hear that you appreciate the collaboration with your colleagues. We are proud of having a supportive team that works together to tackle challenges.

We regret that you’ve experienced challenges in areas such as transparency, work-life balance, and communication. We also understand your concerns about recognition, realistic expectations, and equal treatment. Basically it seems like you were not happy at all with nearly every field, what a pity. Let us see what we can do here to solve these problems.

Your suggestions, such as introducing a system for tracking working hours, offering more vacation days, and creating transparent career development structures, are extremely valuable. We try to implement a culture of open feedback and ideas from day one on with everybody. Let's work on this together and bring these ideas to life!

Once again, thank you for sharing your thoughts. If you have additional ideas or suggestions, we would be happy to discuss them further, also in person :)
Your feedback is invaluable in helping us improve the working conditions for everyone!

Best regards,
Maximilian
